I’m a Positive Psychology Practitioner and Certified Coach but I’m also a woman, just like you. I understand how disorienting change can feel, especially in midlife. I know what it’s like to reach a point where everything looks fine on the outside, yet something inside is quietly asking for more. My own experience in midlife revealed the quiet power of reconnecting with purpose and with the parts of myself I’d set aside along the way.

Grounded in the science of well-being and human flourishing, my work helps women apply evidence-based tools from positive psychology to reconnect with their strengths, values, and sense of purpose. I believe every woman carries a quiet strength within her, sometimes she just needs the space and support to find it again. My role is to help you access that inner strength and move from simply getting through change to growing through it.

My Credentials

"A more appropriate metaphor for aging is a staircase, the upward ascension of the human spirit, bringing us into wisdom, wholeness, and authenticity."

— Jane Fonda

ALIGHTLY

To illuminate what matters and move forward with greater intention, self-compassion, and grace.

(adverb · uh-LIGHT-lee)

The name Alightly holds two ideas at its heart. Alight speaks to illumination - shedding light on your strengths, values, purpose, and the possibilities that may be waiting to be rediscovered. Lightly speaks to how we move through that discovery - with curiosity, self-compassion, and grace, honoring where you are while gently making your way toward what comes next.

Together, they reflect what I believe about growth: we don't have to push harder or become someone entirely new. Sometimes the way forward begins by seeing ourselves more clearly, carrying what matters, and learning to move through life a little more lightly.
